Orchard Manor has always strived for excellence in providing quality care while maintaining ethical behavior.  We have developed/updated our Compliance Program and Code of Conduct/Ethics Program. Orchard Manor is fully committed to ensure our continual professional competence with compliance and code of conduct/ethics of not only Orchard Manor employees but that of independent contractors, volunteers and any vendors or other representatives of our facility. Annual Family Picnic Cancelled

It is with great sadness that Orchard Manor must announce that our Annual Family Picnic has been cancelled for this year. It was a difficult decision, but we felt it was very important for our Residents’

The Annual Family Picnic has been an Orchard Manor tradition since 1991 and this is the first time it has been necessary to cancel. We hope next years’ celebration will be better than ever!


Dropping Off Items for Residents

Family members are permitted to drop off items (including flowers) for Residents during specified hours:
M-F 9:00am to 3:00pm; Sat & Sun 1:00pm to 3:00pm.

Everything must go through a 48-hour quarantine. Please keep this 48-hour quarantine in mind  and do not leave perishable food or anything that needs to be refrigerated. Remember to include the Resident’s name and date it was dropped off. If you have any questions about what can be left, please call 724-458-7760. Thank you.


Virtual Family Council Meetings

Join the office of the Long-Term Care Ombudsman for virtual family council meetings. These meetings will be hosted via ZOOM and are available to anyone with a family or friend
residing in any long-term care facility in the Commonwealth. The meetings are free, and you are welcome to attend all meetings or just a few.

Each meeting will offer some informational updates regarding the COVID-19 situation and resources available. Conversation and questions will be welcome following that segment and will be moderated by representatives of the Ombudsman office.
