Family Holiday Dinner Cancelled

Due to COVID restrictions, we regret to announce that the Annual Family Holiday Meal has been
cancelled for this year. As much as it saddens us, the safety of our Residents is our top priority.


Compliance Program

Orchard Manor has always strived for excellence in providing quality care while maintaining ethical behavior.  We have developed/updated our Compliance Program and Code of Conduct/Ethics Program. Orchard Manor is fully committed to ensure our continual professional competence with compliance and code of conduct/ethics of not only Orchard Manor employees but that of independent contractors, volunteers and any vendors or other representatives of our facility. If at any time you have a concern that you believe has not been appropriately addressed, you may report the concern to our Compliance Hotline or Compliance Email address as listed below.  Please note if you want the concern to remain anonymous the hotline telephone number must be used.  Please address any questions regarding this program to Kelly Hoover, Compliance Assistant.

Dropping Off Items for Residents

Family members are permitted to drop off items (including flowers) for Residents during specified hours:
M-F 9:00am to 3:00pm; Sat & Sun 1:00pm to 3:00pm.

Everything must go through a 48-hour quarantine. Please keep this 48-hour quarantine in mind  and do not leave perishable food or anything that needs to be refrigerated. Remember to include the Resident’s name and date it was dropped off. If you have any questions about what can be left, please call 724-458-7760. Thank you.
