Orchard Manor facility in Grove City, PA
Orchard Manor is a one-floor, 121-bed nursing facility and 12 bed Personal Care/Assisted Living Residence located in Grove City, Pennsylvania. Our home is sponsored by the I.O.O.F. (Independent Order of Odd Fellows, a benevolent and social organization.) We remain a non-profit facility.

Our goal is to provide quality medical and nursing care for the aged and infirm in a pleasant and "homelike" setting. Excellent care and loving treatment is the recognized standard at Orchard Manor. Our staff is capable, experienced and eager to help each Resident become a member of the Orchard Manor community.

Orchard Manor believes in the team approach to care giving and encourages Residents and family to meet with interdisciplinary staff members in developing an individualized plan of care.

Both private and semi-private rooms are available. Residents are encouraged to bring in personal items to create a familiar, comfortable atmosphere. The spacious and attractive Dining Room at Orchard Manor makes mealtime a pleasant and enjoyable social experience for our Residents who require minimal assistance. Certified Dietary Managers plan and serve a well-balanced, attractive menu approved by our Dietician. Family and friends are able to make arrangements to dine with Residents on occasion, and we are happy to provide assistance for special occasions.

Orchard Manor employs a Medical Director who serves as our staff physician. A Resident may choose a private physician who is willing to make visits and comply with regulations at Orchard Manor.
